1. Service and provider
DropForge Studio is a digital service run by the DropForge Studio team. The service runs on servers located in Frankfurt, Germany. The platform provides tools for niche research, digital and print-on-demand product creation, AI-assisted generation, listing preparation and connection with external services such as Etsy.

2. Accounts and requirements
To use the private features you must create an account with accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. The service is intended for adults. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except for unauthorised use that is not attributable to you.
3. DropForge Premium, price and renewal
DropForge Premium costs €47.00 per month, taxes included where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe and the subscription renews automatically every month until cancelled.
- Price and billing frequency are shown before payment.
- You can cancel renewal through the Stripe customer portal, where available, or by contacting support.
- If you cancel, access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for.
- If a payment fails, access may be suspended or limited until payment is settled.
Refunds and withdrawal
There are no automatic refunds for partially used periods, except as required by applicable law or as otherwise approved by DropForge Studio. Any mandatory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal where applicable, remain unaffected.
4. Content, AI and intellectual property
You keep the rights to the original content you upload to the platform. You grant DropForge Studio a limited, non-exclusive licence, necessary to host, process and transform that content solely to provide the features you request.
AI-generated content may be similar to content created for other users and may contain errors. You are responsible for checking accuracy, originality, trademarks, copyright, image rights and commercial suitability before publishing or selling any result.
DropForge does not guarantee exclusivity or registrability of generated content.
5. Etsy, Stripe and other third-party services
Some features depend on external services, including Etsy, Pinterest, Stripe, OpenAI, Render and Resend. Use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. DropForge does not control changes, suspensions, limits or decisions made by third-party platforms.
In particular, DropForge does not guarantee that Etsy will approve or keep a given listing or account published.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use DropForge to:
- break the law or infringe intellectual property, privacy or third-party rights;
- generate or publish fraudulent, misleading, illegal or harmful content;
- circumvent technical limits, security systems or access controls;
- share credentials abusively, resell unauthorised access or interfere with the service;
- use automation to overload or compromise the infrastructure.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or pose a risk to the service, to users or to third parties.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, improve, replace or remove features, including for security, compliance or third-party dependency reasons.
8. No guarantee of commercial results
DropForge provides tools that support creation and publishing. It does not guarantee sales, profits, rankings, traffic, conversions, Etsy approval or any specific economic result.
To the extent permitted by law, DropForge Studio is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, data or opportunity arising from use of the service or from decisions taken by third-party platforms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing law and consumers
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory protections granted to consumers by the law of their country of residence where applicable. For any problem, please contact us first at support@dropforgestudio.com so we can look for a quick solution.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service or the applicable law changes. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way where required. By continuing to use the service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
